There may not be a cheap way to do it. A lot of TVs no longer have direct audio outputs.
Some LG TVs support Bluetooth headphones, you'd need to check your TV and then buy new headphones if yours aren't Bluetooth compatible.
The HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) is designed to pass the audio signal back to a stereo amp or a soundbar. If you have a receiver that can decode it then you could connect the headphones to that. I'm not aware of anyone that makes headphones that will directly connect to it.
