The dairy producers don't even want the little guys anymore. Look at what Grassland did - dumped all the little operations so they could build up a multi-thousand cow operation. Just said "we don't want you anymore. Find another buyer". The Foremost in town is no longer offsetting the cost of pickup. they want 5000 cow confinement dairies that ship it in by the tanker. At some point these processors are gonna require milk by the tanker load only. Shame.
