I feel bad for you and excited at the same time. I wanted to but my parents out 11 years ago but they wanted a kings random plus I got the debt too,banker just laughed at the notion. I kept working for my parents till my Dad passed away ,he didn't will me the rust off a bent nail. A year later we bought my mother out,she wanted half a kings ransom plus enough preferred shares she can sink the farm if she so chooses plus all the windmill income and I still got the debt. We're doing alright but she's doing way better.
