The front wheel assist is a rather rare option, and parts are no longer available for that portion of the tractor. Be sure that it is working great, and that you understand why it is being sold. They are such handy tractors, people don't get rid of them until so,thing like this breaks......
Value is hard to figure out, that is probably a little high but a normal asking price. Depends on how bad you want it, and how bad they want to sell it, price could be a little lower.
For loader work a front wheel assist is great in that size tractor.
For use without a loader, hummm, a 2wd is cheaper, less maintenance, and generally has enough traction with good Ag tires on it? Just a thought.
