All through high school I worked for a dairy farmer, and he had a 135 MF gas , with a under slung exhaust, and a Allide loader. I put many many hours on that tractor loading manure, and cleaning out heifer barns. Boss thought we needed to pull the loader off for the summer, and use the 135 while making hay. He thought I was running too many hours on his newer 165, and the old 135 just sat in the shed unused. The 135 was from around 1966 and didn�t have power steering, and was a bear to drive with the loader on, not too bad without the loader. Anyhow it was not a nice tractor to bale hay with like the 165 was, clutch was too stiff, and that darn under slung exhaust would catch a windrow of hay on fire, so I really had to watch. I did have things on fire a couple times, scared the heck out of me, but I got them out.
