Last fall my wife & I had a family get together at our Home.. My wife's family never farmed & My SIL asked about a Hay Ride?? I wasn't prepared for a hay ride, but I said I could be in 10 or 15 minutes, she said I haven't been on a hay ride in YEARS!! We still had a hay wagon out so I threw down some bales & made sure I had enough gas in a tractor.. Pulled up into the back yard out of the 20 some people there 18 wanted to go for a Ride & especially my Grandsons. Up the road we went, other neighbors were out in their yard & one waved me to stop, they piled on as well. Other folks were outside & as we went by the church the youth group came out to the road & asked & no way anyone could say NO. Be for long there were 42 people on this hay ride & the wagon was getting Heavy!! As the return trip which now the route had changed my plans somewhat they got off, were very thankful & said lets do this again NEXT year..
