My wife had a flat tire yesterday. The tires are about a year old. I took it to my tire place and they looked it up on their computer and I had bought the tire road hazard warranty so they fixed it for free. Well I never buy any type of extended warranty ever. When I had the new tires put on I drop my wife off and she paid for it and brought it home. I didn't look at the receipt. I pulled the receipt from my car file and sure enough we had bought the coverage. Sort of pissed me off because they added it without asking and I wasn't paying attention that day. But in the end I got the tire fixed. So the one time in the past 30 years I bought the extended warranty I actually used it.
