Any site dedicated to a particular thing, such as tractors, is full of people wanting top dollar for sub-par machines. Tractor house fast line machinery pete all the same, same ads, same crazy prices. When you come across an ad where the price seems reasonable for a running working usable tractor, the tractor is clearly headed for the junk heap by the pictures.
There may be ads for good stuff with reasonable prices but they don't stay up long enough for people to see them.
Don't know of any place dedicated to just old tractors that has anything listed, but there are plenty on the aforementioned sites.
Only place I've found any deals is auctions. You gotta be willing to spend a lot of time and do a lot of driving. Occasionally you'll come across an ad on Craigslist but you gotta be quick because a good deal disappears quickly.
