jm. The only new stuff I tried to ship was a pain. We had ordered the wrong hydraulic valve for a loader. At that time they where made/handled by the JD plant at Welland, Ot.. We figured it out before we even opened the box. It was to be shipped back to the factory and they sent us the correct valve ASAP. The valve only cost $50 some thing to ship to us. If I sent it back the same way it was going to cost over $250 because of some border fees and such. I call the factory an they gave me an address in the US that they had the stuff shipped to and sent a truck over each day to get it.
