I mentioned to my MD yesterday that my pulse is going above 100 quite often so she had an event monitor put on me today for a week. It was at 1:45 this afternoon and my pulse has gone over 100 (103 & 104) 4 times since I've been home. I've said for the last 3 years that sometimes it feels like4 my heart is trying to jump out of my chest. My O2 level will go up to around 97 and my pulse goes crazy. She says it could be and probably is working my heart too much. Same thing I've been saying but I'm no Doc and don't know. The events of over 100 weren't involving anything but walking from the4 garage to the house and from the bathroom to my recliner. I haven't felt right since I got out of the hospital, so maybe this will tell them something. I need to get some work done, Keith .
