I recently purchased a 500c backhoe that had sat for at least 2 years without moving.i put 2 new batteries in it,good diesel fuel and checked the fluid level.she fired right up and runs great.after i let it warm up(15min) i tried to attempt to move it.the forward/reverse lever engaged fine,and it seems to be able to shft the speed/gear select lever on the right.but it wont move at all.it doesnt ever act like its in forward or reverse.doesnt grunt,groan or anything when you are shifting it.the clutch engagement lever on the left side dash is forward and the transmission lock lever behind the batteries is in the back position.what am i missing?
