I don't own it but I can identify most of the parts.
1. The adapter plates bolted to the axle housings were at one time manufactured by an aftermarket company (M&W?) to allow the IH Fast Hitch to be installed on M's and Super M's. Rare as hen's teeth and no longer made. These may be custom cut, though, because of where the 3pt arms mount.
2. The bulk of the hitch is a later style IH Fast Hitch off a 450 or a 560.
3. The 3pt arms appear to be factory IH Category II arms, off of something like a 544, 656, 706.
