That would be a 40 hp tractor. They are tough little buggers. The resale is not very high. Around here that would be a $2500-3500 tractor in top running shape. Parts can be found for the mechanical part fairly easily on the internet. They are an UTB built tractor so there are a lot of those UTBs around under several names, Montana and Long the most common in the US.
As for the value. I would only buy it IF I wanted to keep it to use. Selling it for anywhere near its value is going to hard. The majority of weekend warrior guys are going to skip over it and go for a newer compact with MFWD and a loader. This is happening every where as they can buy a package deal with financing. This has really hurt the 30-50 HP used market. So I think reselling it would be a slow process.
