Well here is my thoughts. I live in an area where there is not a lot of factory or higher paying jobs. The average is on the lower side. Minimum wage was stagnate at the lower end, and people got sick of it. Voted in one of these new minimum wage. It will look good of the crack of the bat but I got my doubts down the road. Guess what I am saying is one extreme follows another.
