Local donkey rescue was advertising they needed hay, my wife decided that would be a good way to get rid of last year's round bales. We'd donate 40 bales, but they had to come get it. After a couple of weeks of dithering, they decided that it wasn't good enough for their donkeys, even though they never came out and looked at it. I figured that would be the outcome, but knew better than to tell my wife "I told you so".
