Ofcourse, just for the sake of discussion, we will never know if the businesses closed because they ceased to make a profit for the business owner or ceased to make enough of a profit for the owner. There is some difference. I'm long past worrying about minimum wage, only worked 6 months at minimum wage of $1.65 an hour til the owner deemed me worthy of a greater rate.
