I assure you that they will have no problem. My wife works for Volvo Trucks . She drives 100 miles a day round trip. Others that she works with drive as much as 160 miles a day round trip. 26 bucks an hour with full benefits and all the overtime you care to work will cause people to come from far and near. This is in Virginia. Virginia is in the top 5 most business friendly states in the USA.They give companies a lot of incentives to locate here. We have an new trailer manufacturer opening a factory 6 miles from me, next month. They are going to hire 80 people at $40,000 a year to start. That is darn good wages in my part of the country.There are still some people left that are willing to work and hold down a job.
