They won't have much trouble getting employees since they pay more with better benefits than many other employers. I would assume many good people will leave their old jobs for something better. I also think I heard Toyota was building a plant in Malaysia. I do doubt if these decisions were made overnight, right after tax cuts, or probably even after our 2016 election, but are the result of enhanced sales stemming from a good global economy, [ yes the stock market is also doing well around the world ]. 49% of Americans attribute the present economy to the last administration compared to 40% for the current leadership. I don't think either deserves all the credit. At any rate it should be good for Alabama and even benefit surrounding states to a degree.
