I'm pretty happy with Paypal. I get lots of small payments (15$-$500) in through them from US and international buyers each year and have never had anything go bad.
They take their cut out of a transaction though so keep that in mind. IIRC, it is a bit over 4% for international transactions.
Depending on the size of the sale, you might want to talk to your bank about a wire transfer. I'm pretty sure the fees are much lower and I think charged to the sender, not the receiver.
