I posted about this problem just last week. I have had 3 of these tractors in the shop in the last year doing the same thing. One was a ground problem, one was the relay and one was a loose connection where the ring terminal was crimped on the wire at the fuel solenoid. I had a 4630(same setup) that I fought for 6 months, We wired an indicator light in the wire going to the solenoid to see if it was loosing power or if it was the solenoid. Turned out it was a loose connection on the relay. It's just a process of elimination, you will eventually find it.
