Is it just me or is country music taking a turn back to the older type of music? And I'm not talking old like Wayland Jennings, I mean like back in the nineties. I haven't enjoyed it much the last ten years or so. There are even some songs playing on the radio that sound to me like disco. Some that I think of are Round here buzz by Eric Church; When it rains it pours by Luke Coombs; Greatest Love Story by Lanco; and five more Minutes by Scotty McCreery. There is even some steel guitar in most of them.
