495man, The idea of getting the arc set up then keeping that arc is a good idea except that backing from a road you have to turn sharply at first in order to get the back of the trailer started into the driveway then quickly get into a less sharp turn to keep from turning too far. During this transition time all that you can see is the side of the trailer, and in the blind spot mirror anything near the back of the trailer is about sixty feet away and too small to see.
