I talked with the folks this week.
They are redesigning the pre combustion chambers, the theory is that the chambers did not flow right under high load, causing irregular mixing thus causing detonation and mis fires. The total installation on this was about 2 million, I am glad I was not bidder, rework on turbo will be 250K plus rework on all the chambers will not be cheap. The latest change was due to a "theory" so it may not fix the problem. My part is done, so probably not needed.
