If my memory is still working our TD 6 started by making certain there was gasoline in the small gas tank and diesel fuel in the big tank. Tho levers on the dash, one is diesel throttle, other is compression release. Both lever down, choke out. Key switch is on, hand clutch disengaged.Starter should engage and engine starts burning only gasoline. After engine warms up pull up on both lever at the same time. Engine is now running on diesel. Turn off key switch, shut off fuel shutoff on gas tank. Now you are very busy with hand clutch,trans gear shift,two steering clutch levers and two steering beake pedals, a foot brake and a bucket control lever....."Seems like yesterday but that was in 1949.........
