it is 12 volt. came with 2, 6 volt battery's. pump rack might be stuck, plus injection pump oil check. lots to check first. and when not sure which position levers should be , can tell just by the cranking . throttle lever on pump must be moving rearward for advance of throttle. just looking things over its easy to tell how things work. dont get in a hurry to get it started make sure things are working first.
