I'm working in a nice home in Wayzata, MN. It has beautiful #2 maple hardwood flooring in it and it's all coming out. Nothing wrong whatsoever with it. They are changing the look. (No editorializing please) You have to remove it. It was all hand nailed so comes out good. Homeowner is going to put it in Craigslist free section. There's about 1700 square feet of it.
