Gotta love the electronics today. Had a friend that suddenly lost oil pressure (according to the dash gauge) in a late model car. He fretted for a couple weeks, researching cost to repair the engine, replace car, etc. I asked him if he'd had a mechanic look at it to see if the gauge was good. Nope. He finally had it flat bedded to a garage and sure enough it was a $20.00 sender unit gone bad.
