I have a friend that is 80 years old that still runs a water powered mill that grinds corn meal and flour. His biggest seller is Bloody Butcher corn meal. People drives for miles to get it. His biggest problem is he is getting too old to raise his own corn and it is getting harder and harder to find someone that is still raising it and getting someone to sell it to him. He also sells buckwheat flour and open pollinated white and yellow meal. His mill has been operating since the late 1700's.
