Translated mean's,look's like you could weld it instead of fixing it right then no one will ever be able to do anything else to it in the future. Looked at a 6' 3 point tiller coming up in a public school auction. Overall it looked good,not much wear on tines and paint is just faded but not worn or peeling. They welded instead of relacing bolts. 3 of 5 nuts and bolts that hold drive shaft cover to side gearbox were missing,holes didn't look wallowed out but the cover had been welded to the box. Heat must have taken out a seal because it's leaking oil now. Is it just me or is there irony in the fact this took place at an educational institute? I see many people calling themselves mechanics doing this and it make's me cringe.
