First off, I'm not gonna suggest any "specific" repair without at least a pic of what is happening. That said, I feel Jim is on the right track. If this idea is feasible for you, I would recommend buying some 3/4" plywood and ripping it to the width of your existing wood (or somewhere thereabouts), then gluing and screwing several thicknesses together. Make the new bracing beams 3' to 4' longer than the cracked areas in each direction (the longer, the better). If you can access both sides of the cracked boards, then marry new beams on both sides. And lastly, rather than just nailing or screwing the new beams to the old boards, also glue them in place. Once the glue dries, you'll have a permanent repair.
...Also, use a Type 2 waterproof glue, such as Tightbond II.
Using 3/4" plywood, (2) thicknesses will give you 1 1/2", (3) will be 2 1/4", etc. And remember, always stagger the glue joints!
