John Deere old style couplers would often stick in the housing. This lever mounts on the back side of the SVC valve to push the coupler spools out of the housing. That way you do not have to tug on the hose to get it unhooked or to "OPEN" them to hook up. Before I switched the majority of my older JD tractors over to the ISO coupler I had several of these kits/levers on different tractors.
I just looked on line and K&M used to sell the kits but I could not find them in their current catalogue. So they must have dropped them. I think I have a "new" kit in the shop.
