We didnt watch the furniture sell The farm with 8 acres,a nice house inside and out,a nice pole shed with good concrete floor,a two car block garage ,and a small horse barn across the street went up for sale too the house was brick with a good roof,it didnt need anything, one bathroom was just remodeled, and a big sunporch on the back of the house this shed was across the road on 1/4 acre, went with the farm about 5 acres of the farm was tillable,,planted in corn last season it was a nice well kept homestead,The auction did state the farm had a reserve,The auctioneer started at 250,went to 200,down to 175,,and couldt get a bid,,then said we will move on..The reserve must have been 175 000 .To me it seemed it was worth it,,it was a nice place, not far from rt 61,but on a nice secluded side road, and a well kept place.
