Might help to go drive it and get it up to operating temperature to help burn carbon out. The 6.7 engine egr cooler core can be replaced. The bolts on the egr pipe to exhaust manifold seize and easily break off at exhaust manifold. Those bolts are stainless and do not drill good. The exhaust manifold is in the middle of engine under the turbocharger, so all that has to come off to replace manifold. Take it to the dealer or a good known shop for repairs if you have to get it repaired.
