I get the same thing. Just the way it goes on Craigslist. I only take call or text responses on my ads. If somebody calls, they are usually serious about it. Texts are a crapshoot. Scammers like to respond by text as do the lowball offer guys. I work swing shift, so text is good for me. I just delete them or respond "NO" and that's the end of them.
