Has anyone given her a shower?
If so, ask what else she might need so there won't be duplication.
If she hasn't had a shower, maybe talk to your wife? neighborhood ladies? church?, someone that could organize one for her.
Many communities have a Pregnancy Center, a Christian based organization as an alternative to abortion. They provide free support, classes, inside info for getting on Medicaid, etc. Good stuff a first time mother needs to know. Might research that for her, if she hasn't been there.
And there will be doctor and hospital bills! Offer to help with some of those, pay directly so you'll know the money gets there.
