I don't care much for the snow myself but after all these years I know it is inevitable as death and taxes. Actually it covers up all the dry ground and takes away the smell of burning bulrushes. I put the first hay bale out in the feeder for the cattle yesterday just before the snow started. Almost three weeks earlier than last year but there was not much left for them to find in the pasture and fields.
