I have been looking for a replacement transmission for my International Loadstar 1800 and ran across a Fuller six speed FS 6406 A transmission. These look very similar to the T496 and T699. I want to use this behind an MV446 gas engine. As near as I can tell these 6 speed transmissions were used in diesel international S1900 trucks. I know this is a stretch but anyone know if this would work in my loadstar?
I have been looking for T496 and T699 transmissions and there is nothing I have found in our area. I can find older T35 and T36 transmissions but that's about it.
