Maybe the 3rd point under the seat can be affecting it. I do believe there is a built in relief tied to it. My 50 is doing the same thing, I wedged the top bracket that attaches to the 3rd point and got it to build pressure, but it is also bleeding off, that would be in the relief or the something else in there. Never had one open to see what they look like.
