It is injecting natural gas, not liquid @ about 80PSI into intake ports, with a secondary flow into the pre combustion chamber. the spark plugs are in the PCC. The unit had an extra intake valve to let the natural gas in, that was controlled by the cam. The mixture was controlled by varying the pressure of the gas. The amount of gas controlled the load, and the waste gate controlled the air to fuel mixture from the turbo. It now runs at fixed fuel pressure with electronically controlled injectors.
I worked on a two stroke version a few years ago that had direct injection @ 500 PSI.
