Wow, guys. Global warming has hit the SW desert harder than you. I haven't had to whack a weed since early August, no rain to grow 'em. We used to get first frost on Halloween, like clockwork; no more. It's supposed to be 97 tomorrow and Teusday. We rarely have anything you guys would call winter, couple light snows maybe, so not much winterization is required. Antifreeze is more for corrosion protection than freeze, tho' we do expect a couple weeks late January/early February of 15-20 degree lows. I need to repair some skirting on the house, wrap a couple pipes, that's about it this year. Tractor gets used year-round just like the cars. Oh yes, clear plastic on the leaky old windows. But not for at least another month, maybe two; we'll need AC in the daytime for at least another couple weeks.
