I have worked road construction in Duluth alot over the years. It is a very scenic and interesting place to work. I was working next to the lake on the 3rd of July in the eary 90's. It was cloudy and the wind was coming off the lake, it was 40 something degrees with wind chill. Finished the day went and home for the 4th, thirty miles south had to turn the air conditioner on.
