That's the $64 question right there! Charge the members who post photos on the site - not the people visiting there simply to look at what's been posted. Why should I have to pay $200 to view maybe 6 photos per year that are hosted on that site? Bad business call, IMO.
I don't know how PhotoBucket had their legal info worded, but I would imagine that anything you loaded onto their servers "could" be used by them. If this is true, then they got several tons (figuratively speaking) of free photos that they can use or sell at their whimsy. If a free customer wouldn't come back after X amount of time, then could all those photos be considered abandoned property?
