very common problem... I open up the reg and reset the voltage relay... they are very very very sensitive.. and takes a lot of care in micro adjustments to get the voltage right. A tiny move can make 3 volts difference. But if your patient enough, you can get the perfect spot on the adjustment to get it between 13.8 and 14.5. Normally I would go for 14.2, but on these India regulators, your luckey to get it in the safe range.
