I don't see that crooked rows is making it his business because he is nearby. I take it to mean that here is a topic that he knows something about, and just the same as in many threads here and in hundreds of other forums and in tens of thousands of coffee shops people chime in with what they know, just taking part in conversation as people have for centuries. People who are sensitive about others knowing their business generally put up tall fences, keep their buildings far back from the road with gates and put up no trespassing signs.
