The lights are something that can be used on almost anything and can be sold almost anywhere.
Stealing a drive belt and sheet metal off a bean head are some very specific items that have practically no other use except on another bean head. Those items are practically worthless to anyone who does not have a similar bean head or who does not sell parts for them, so the resale market for those items is extremely small and limited. I would suspect that either another farmer or a machinery dealer is the thief, or one of those is paying some lowlife to steal those items for them.
I would try to keep equipment out of sight and locked up. To some people greed is a powerful drug.
