I Took The Pan off the 841 tractor I just bought. the engine could barely Turn. was real tight. The Rods Were numbered On The Bottom left Side. Some Of The Locks on the Rod Bearings Was on the same side & some was On The Opposite Side of each other. Someone had Put New Rod Bearings in. They Was new. I always Thought The Numbers On the Rods Was On The Cam side. I Havent Took The Head off yet, to see if The pistons Are In Backwards. I Checked the Main Bearings, & One the Bearing lock s was opposite sides & One bearing Lock Was on the same side. The I Book says Thelocks should be On same side. Thanks In advance for any help.
