Speaking of Cardio I had my two month follow up with my docs from my heart attack back in June.
The Cardiac Rehab and change in meds seems to be working. Down 20lbs. Cholesterol down to overall of 94 (good still low, bad below mins), Triglycerides good. lipids good and A1C down from 9.5 to a 7.2
