For whatever my 2 cents are worth I like it the way it is.
I have turned wrenches on everything from 2 stroke to 4 stroke, gas, diesel, propane, turbines etc.
Theory of operation is the same be it a car, truck, tractor, semi, generator, pump...
Electrical is electrical, hydraulics are hydraulics the same goes for cooling systems, drive train, ignition and so on.
I appreciate when someone can answer a question about an ancient piece of equipment and I am always willing to share the knowledge I have gained over the years anytime I feel it will benefit someone out there with a question.
