I hope to be eaten up by the city in the next 10 years or so. My pastures are the backyards of neighborhoods. They all ask in the spring when the cows and calves are coming back in the spring. I've even had one guy pick my rocks for me cause he was putting in a big retaining wall, he probably picked on the far side of a 100 ton picked every year to add to the wall.I sure miss that he moved. Other than some think they can just throw there yard thrash in the pasture they are all pretty good. One gal always always tells me she will chase the cows back in if they get out cause she misses that. They haven't been out in years (knock on wood). They also keep the deer in check.
