My grandpa had an older version of Kenny Groves Gmc without the sleeper. It was a late 30's or early 40's that he pulled an eighteen foot stock trailer hauling livestock to Chicago.

Groves owned my first longnose 9500 GMC with a 238 and 13 speed. Merle Coile has it now.
